Pain Management physician sought for patient assessment, treatment planning, interventional procedures (Epidural Steroid Injections, Nerve Blocks, RFA, SCS implantation), medication management, patient education, record keeping. Salary Range: $400,000 - $450,000 Sign on Incentive up to $20K
