Clinical Application Support Analyst

We are currently looking for a Clinical Application Support Analyst to join our Florida team. Only candidates residing in the state of Florida will be considered.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Clinical Application Support Analyst is an experienced healthcare professional with extensive eCW experience; primarily focused on clinical applications. This position will serve as the point-of-contact for Customer’s end users including IT staff, management, physicians, administrative, and clinical staff.PRIMARY DUTIESAct as an eCW Analyst on assigned Customer EHR department teamParticipate in any required Customer and GuideIT meetingsProvide hands on support for Customer approved changes to eCW settings and configurations, following and working within the constraints of the Customer’s Information Services Change Control proceduresUsing Customer’s systems and processes, provide thorough documentation of issues and actions taken to resolve or remediateComplete assigned incidents, requests, and projects related to the eCW and related systemsAssist in creating, updating, and resolving issues with eCW vendorRecognizes incident trends and data anomalies to escalate possible critical incidents or problems to Tier 2 teamsEngage other members of the Customer’s Information Systems team in resolving incidents or completing requests as necessary to maintain a high level of service and qualityOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLThorough understanding of eCW and related 3rd Party Vendors applications3+ years of experience with implementation and/or support of eCWAbility to engage with customer team members at all levels (staff level to management)Understands, promotes, and demonstrates customer processes and proceduresAptitude for high productivity and efficiencyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree, preferred Industry-specific certification(s): Electronic Health Records - MEDITECH Systems CertificatePOSITION LOCATION & WORK SHIFT REQUIREMENTSPrimarily remote work with occasional in-office work (Florida area residents only)Travel – occasional, as directedMust be flexible to assigned shift workMORE ABOUT GUIDEITHeadquartered in Plano, Texas, our services, and solutions are designed to align technology with business outcomes, maximize value through cost management, and allow rapid, proactive response to change.
