The role focuses on optimizing transportation networks, managing carrier and supplier relationships, and driving supply chain resilience. Success in this position delivers reduced landed costs, improved delivery performance, and enhanced visibility across global operations.core responsibilitiesLead North America Inbound Destination Operations - Ensure operational excellence and achievement of service metrics across all inbound flows from NA Port of Arrival to DC/franchise partner DeliveryDesign and Implement Transportation Networks - Develop scalable, sustainable, and cost-effective destination transportation solutions.Drive Operational Strategy Execution - Collaborate with internal and external partners to reduce costs and improve service reliability.Build and maintain strong partnerships with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics service providers; leverage industry insights to drive innovation and performance.Manage Forecasting and Performance Reporting - Oversee inbound forecasting, KPI reporting, lead-time management, and operational visibility.Enhance Visibility and Predictability - Partner with stakeholders to improve transparency and predictability of inbound operations.Optimize Logistics Processes - Work closely with DCs, Trade, Category Management, Origin Operations, Merch Planning, and Finance to streamline processes and boost efficiency.Establish and Maintain SOPs - Ensure standard operating procedures are documented, implemented, and regularly reviewed.Develop and Inspire Team - Lead, educate, and hold the team accountable for performance and growth.qualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in related field - Business, Supply Chain Mgmt, Logistics or similar7-10 years of work experience in managing large scale logistics operationsProven People leader skillsBusiness acumen with the ability to partner effectively with Global fulfilment & supply chain partners.Strong industry connections within the global logistics spaceAbility to self-generate meaningful PresentationsProficiency in analytics tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI)Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate large amounts of dataDemonstrates a drive for continuous improvementExperience in leading projects in the analytics & logistics spaceStrong desire to learn and growmust havesAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same.Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn't take yourself too seriously.additional notesAuthorization to work in the United States is required for this role.compensation and benefits packagelululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$134,100-176,000annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
