The Manager will oversee the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring efficiency and adherence to AS9100 quality standards. Responsibilities include production planning, supervising manufacturing processes, managing operations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role also involves mentoring team members, optimizing resources, and collaborating with other departments to meet organizational goals effectively.QualificationsStrong skills in Production Planning and Production ManagementProficiency in Manufacturing Operations and Quality Control processesExperience in Operations Management, including workflow optimization and resource allocationFamiliarity with safety compliance and workplace regulationsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAS9100 experience required.Experience with GibbsCam required.Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environmentProblem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
