Overview As a Lead Java Software Engineer on the Advanced Ground Architecture team, you will drive Java-driven software for Boeing’s Defense, Space & Security programs. You will partner with P6 and Chief Engineering on architecture decisions and guide a team of developers through design, implementation, and delivery. You will mentor engineers, oversee end-to-end software life cycles, and ensure system readiness across Windows and Linux environments.
