Marketing Head
*This will be fully onsite in NYC*This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of global, integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement. The position partners closely with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals, support pipeline growth, and strengthen market positioning. It also plays a key role in building thought leadership, enhancing executive visibility, and using data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute global marketing strategies across brand, demand generation, and customer engagementLead integrated, multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, PR, social, and ABM) to drive pipeline and revenue growthPartner with sales leadership to support key accounts, account-based marketing programs, and large strategic pursuitsTranslate market insights and competitive intelligence into clear messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plansBuild and promote thought leadership through executive content, media engagement, analyst relations, and industry eventsCreate and manage sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and campaign assetsOversee end-to-end marketing operations, including budget management, forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance reportingLeverage data, analytics, and marketing technologies to optimize campaigns and improve conversion and ROILead, mentor, and scale a high-performing, globally distributed marketing teamEnsure alignment across global and regional stakeholders while maintaining consistent brand voice and messaging
