Join us and help the world's leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Your roleAs a Tax Team Leader - Tax & Statutory Delivery, you will manage end‐to‐end tax compliance and statutory reporting for a global client.You will oversee an external provider and lead a team to ensure high‐quality, timely delivery.You will also act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, driving improvements and ensuring smooth collaboration.Your tasksOwning end‐to‐end delivery of tax compliance and statutory reporting across multiple entitiesOverseeing performance of external Managed Service Provider, ensuring KPIs, timelines and quality standards are metMonitoring delivery, resolving issues and managing escalationsReviewing and validating tax and financial data, including corporate income tax, deferred tax and reconciliationsSupporting audits and regulatory reviewsActing as a key point of contact for the client in operational tax mattersManaging and developing a team of tax and statutory professionalsDriving process improvements, ensuring documentation and operational continuityYour profile6-9 years of experience in tax, statutory accounting or finance in an international environmentProven experience in team management or leadershipStrong understanding of accounting processes, tax reporting and data flowsExperience in SSC, BPO or outsourced delivery modelsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skillsFluent EnglishNice to have:* ACCA or similar professional qualification* Experience working across multiple countries or regionsWhat You'll love about working herePractical benefits: yearly financial bonus, private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and access to NAIS benefit platform.Access to over 70 training tracks with certification opportunities (e.g., GenAI, Excel, Business Analysis, Project Management) on our NEXT platform.
