Role: Microsoft Viva Glint SME Location: Hanover, MD – Onsite RoleDuration: 12+ Months Job Description:We are seeking a Microsoft Viva Glint SME to lead the end-to-end design deployment and optimization of our employee engagement program. This role owns Glint survey strategy and operations partners with HR and business leaders on insights and action planning and ensures data governance integrations and adoption across the enterprise.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Strategy GovernanceDefine the enterprise listening strategy annual biannual census pulse lifecycle surveys and OKRs aligned to culture engagement and retention goals.Establish governance for survey cadence eligibility rules anonymity thresholds confidentiality and data access.Create Glint program playbooks standards and SLAs manage stakeholder communications and change plans.Survey Design Operations Viva GlintConfigure Glint programs audiences’ schedules notifications question libraries translations and manager dashboards.Partner with People Analytics to craft valid reliable items and benchmarks leverage Glints engagement and inclusion indices where appropriateRun survey cycles end to end targeting launch readiness, monitoring response rates and closing windows on schedule.Maintain the Glint Entra ID Azure AD group mapping and HRIS feeds to ensure accurate hierarchy manager rollups.Data Integrations ToolingOwn integrations across HRIS Workday SuccessFactors Oracle HCM Entra ID Power BI Microsoft 365 and ticketing OKR toolsManage data pipelines eligibility demographics hierarchy’s encryption keys and retention policies partner with security on DLPPII safeguards.Build Power BI Glint dashboards for HR executives and managers automate distribution and access control.Insights Enablement Action PlanningDeliver executive ready insights heatmaps key drivers driver analysis cohort deep dives and longitudinal trends.Facilitate manager enablement training nudges action planning workshops and track follow-through on commitments.Partner with HRBPs and COEs to connect insights to interventions leadership development recognition DI wellbeing.Stand up closed loop mechanisms e.g., post action pulses to measure impact and ROI.Change Management AdoptionCreate communications learning journeys and Champions Coach networks to boost participation and quality of actions.Provide white glove support to execs and people leaders during survey windows and readouts.Continuously improving UX response rates and manager usage of Glint dashboardsOperations ExcellenceAdminister licenses environments tenants’ roles permissions and release management.Maintain a runbook for incidents access issues sync failures hierarchy mismatches and lead root cause analysis.Track vendor roadmap evaluates new Glint Viva features and pilots were beneficial.Shubham HayaranSenior Technical RecruiterNet2Source Inc.
