CrossoverDenver, COApril 12th, 2026
While most enrollment positions prioritize volume, this one is designed to uphold standards.2 Hour Learning partners with families who value precision, confidentiality, and verifiable results. We condense a complete school day into two intensive hours through AI-driven, mastery-based instruction. Students reliably outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable data. Our model delivers results—but only when matched with appropriate families. This is your responsibility. You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus, beginning with initial inquiries and continuing through onboarding. This is not a role with handoffs. You determine how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether enrollment decisions reflect genuine alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful discussions, and advise against enrollment when necessary. Success is measured by alignment, not enrollment volume. We welcome applicants from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership institutions, or entrepreneurial roles managing high-value client relationships from start to finish.
