This critical role also involves overseeing and evaluating strategic investments and acquisitions, conducting financial due diligence, and providing insights and recommendations on investment opportunities. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building and implementing robust financial systems, maintaining internal controls and compliance, and driving operational efficiency in collaboration with the executive team. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and a proven track record in a senior financial leadership role. A strong background in FP&A, strategic investments, and financial operations is essential, with experience in the healthcare or insurance industry, particularly Medicare Advantage, being highly desirable. The role requires excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
