You will lead high-stakes client relationships, develop data-driven strategies, and remain hands-on keyboard, actively managing and optimizing campaigns to drive maximum performance. We are always looking for high performers who thrive under pressure, command authority, and consistently deliver outstanding results.Role & Responsibilities Manage 4 to 8 high-stakes accounts, taking full ownership of client relationships, campaign performance, and growth targetsApply expert knowledge of Google and Meta Ads to develop and adjust bid strategies, optimize budget allocations, and execute performance adjustments for maximum ROILead weekly or biweekly client meetings, present budget recommendations, and pitch campaign strategies aligned with client business goalsAct as a trusted advisor by delivering clear, data-backed insights and proactive strategic recommendationsOwn monthly and quarterly reporting narratives, surfacing meaningful performance storiesIdentify account risks and opportunities early and drive proactive solutionsStay ahead of industry trends and apply innovative strategies to maximize client successSupport the growth and development of Account Strategists and Coordinators on your podQualifications 3+ years of experience in paid media, ideally within a high-growth agency or performance-driven environmentProven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a track record of driving measurable campaign successAbility to engage with executive-level stakeholders and lead client conversations with confidence and clarityExperience managing complex accounts in fast-paced, high-pressure settingsEntrepreneurial mindset: comfortable navigating ambiguity and making independent decisionsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a relentless commitment to excellenceA history of proven achievements, in and outside of professional settings, that demonstrate top-performer caliberCompensation & Benefits We believe people who are well-supported can be more balanced, productive, and happy.$95,000 to $120,000 annually, plus performance-based bonusesFully remote team, alwaysCompany-paid medical, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible time off policy12 weeks paid parental leaveCompany-sponsored computerEmployee growth plans, appreciation programs, and paid company summits#J-18808-Ljbffr
