Client (Internal) Sales Development Representative - iWorQ
Job description
An iWorQ Client Sales team member is responsible for selling iWorQ software and services to existing clients. The sales member is assigned a geographic area in the United States and/or Canada and expected to make 50-65 phone calls per day. Demonstrations of the software will be provided by the sales member via screen share; this is not a traveling position. Applicants need to be available to work in Logan, UT, Monday-Friday. Previous sales experience is preferred. The position has hourly pay, and all commissions are uncapped.

Responsibilities:
Make 50-65 calls per day to potential prospects
Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and active listening
Set up meetings with key decision-makers to introduce iWorQ products and services
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Keep accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in our CRM system (Pipedrive)
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and our product offerings
Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization
Set a minimum of 3-5 demonstrations per day to pass on to the sales executives.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making a high volume of calls
High energy level, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus
CRM experience is a plus
Pay:
$15 per hour
Completed demo bonus: $10 per demo completed with proposal sent
Demo to close bonus: Commission on Annual Recurring Fee
Schedule:
Full time-Monday-Friday
7:00 AM-4:00 PM
