A growing manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Compliance Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, procurement activities, and quality/compliance initiatives.This role plays a key part in supporting quality systems implementation, audit readiness, and supplier coordination, while ensuring smooth execution of administrative and operational functions.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality & Compliance SupportAssist in implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (AS9100 / ISO)Support internal audits, documentation control, and audit readinessMaintain documentation for customer, regulatory, and compliance requirementsCoordinate audit preparation, including data collection and corrective action follow-upTrack training records, certifications, and compliance documentationProcurement & Supply Chain SupportSource materials and outside vendorsRequest and manage supplier quotesIssue purchase orders and track delivery timelinesCoordinate with suppliers on lead times, quality, and performanceAdministrative & Operational SupportSupport production planning and scheduling coordinationMaintain job documentation and order trackingAssist with internal communication and customer coordinationSupport data entry and reporting (ERP systems, Excel)Continuous ImprovementIdentify process improvement opportunitiesSupport system upgrades (ERP, scheduling tools)Assist in standardizing procedures and documentationQualifications2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or administrative supportExperience in a manufacturing environment (CNC, aerospace, or similar preferred)Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO9001 systems strongly preferredBasic understanding of procurement and supplier coordinationStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systemsPreferredExperience supporting audits or compliance programsExposure to regulated environments (ITAR a plus)Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, quality, and suppliersWhat We’re Looking ForDetail-oriented and highly organizedProactive and solution-drivenStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhy This RoleThis is a high-impact position supporting a growing manufacturing operation, with strong exposure to quality systems, operations, and supply chain.
