Administrative Assistant

Hours: M-F, 8:30 - 4:30 pm (flexible)Compensation: $23-$24/hrLocation: Atlanta, GAContract to Hire Fast moving opportunity with a stable and growing company in the Atlanta area is seeking an organized individual with great time management skills to join their team. The position of Administrative Assistant will provide administrative organization, logistical, and general support to the East Coast Equipment Department of our client. Responsibilities will vary and may include any task related to the management of projects, employees, construction equipment, and vehicles for several projects at a time, and other related tasks and assignments as needed. Job Requirements:Year(s) of Experience: Minimum 3 years of previous administrative support or similar experienceIndustry: Construction background preferredEducation: 4 year degree or equivalent work experienceSoftware: Proficient in MS Suite, Adobe, Excel, and OutlookAdditional: Exposure to / competency with additional software such as SharePoint, Insite, DPL GPS Tracking or similar asset tracking software, etc. is a plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus.
