Safety Data Entry & Administrative Specialist SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Safety Data Entry & Administrative Specialist to support the Safety team with recordkeeping, reporting, data tracking, and day-to-day administrative tasks. This role will help maintain accurate safety records, support compliance reporting, and assist with coordination across multiple locations and teams.ResponsibilitiesEnter and maintain safety, training, incident, and compliance data in internal systems and databasesTrack and update employee records, including new hires, terminations, training completion, and certificationsSupport OSHA, DOT, and workers compensation recordkeeping and reportingMaintain files related to incidents, driver qualifications, training, and safety programsAssist with monthly and annual reporting, KPI tracking, and presentation preparationCoordinate safety meeting logistics, scheduling, travel arrangements, and materialsOrder and maintain safety supplies and support administrative tasks for the Safety teamHelp manage documentation related to insurance claims, audits, and compliance activitiesCommunicate with internal teams, clinics, insurance contacts, and vendors as neededSupport general administrative duties for the EH&S and Safety leadership teamRequirements2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or coordinator-type rolesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable managing large amounts of data and documentation accuratelyStrong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPointGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and support multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience supporting safety, compliance, HR, operations, or fleet teams is a plusFamiliarity with OSHA, DOT, or workers compensation processes preferred but not requiredTeam-oriented with a positive and dependable attitudeBlueSky Resource Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
