You'll guide your team and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.Your responsibilities include:Ensuring smooth daily operations within your kitchen section.Training colleagues on product knowledge, preparation and presentation.Following recipes while managing waste and breakage.Maintaining clean and organized stations in line with hygiene and safety standards.What you'll bringCreativity, a hands-on mentality and a drive to exceed expectations.Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and health & safety standards.A passion for cooking and delivering exceptional guest experiences.Awareness of current food trends and the ability to apply them.Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued.Where your journey beginsIn the heart of Amsterdam, overlooking the Royal Palace and National Monument, Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky blends timeless elegance with modern flair.
