Together, you will help our clients make critical changes to improve their performance and realize their most important goals.Role SummaryWe are seeking a talented Licensed Sr. Electrical Engineer who thrives not only in designing full electrical systems—including power, lighting, and fire alarm for large, complex manufacturing facilities—but also values mentorship and leadership.Support the design and delivery of full electrical systems including power distribution, grounding, lighting, and fire alarmLead both greenfield design-build projects and retrofits or system upgrades for existing facilitiesProvide technical leadership and oversight on electrical scope across multiple projects, ensuring consistency, quality, and code complianceMentor junior engineers and designers by reviewing work, offering guidance, and supporting professional developmentServe as a technical resource and subject matter expert during design reviews, construction coordination, and client interactionsCollaborate with multi-discipline engineering teams to develop fully integrated facility designsParticipate in client meetings to align technical solutions with business needs and project goalsTranslate client requirements into practical design solutions, often identifying challenges before they arisePrepare construction-ready electrical drawings, specifications, and documents for bidding, permitting, and executionEngage in proposal development and support client presentations for new project opportunitiesWork in a fast-paced, collaborative design environment with internal and external stakeholdersTravel as needed for site surveys, construction support, startup coordination, and client engagementWhat You'll Bring12 years of experience as an electrical engineerProfessional Engineering License (PE)Experience delivering complex power distribution designs for facilitiesExperience as Engineer of Record (EOR)Strong working knowledge of the NECExpertise with electrical documentation and drawingsExpertise with detailed 480V single line diagrams and 120V panel schedulesExperience with conductor and conduit schedules, overhead cable tray schemesKnowledge of lighting design for complex production spacesExperience with integrated facilities designProficiency with REVIT, SKM, Visual, and other engineering software Willingness to travel for site assessments and meetingsMicrosoft Office proficiencyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited institutionOur culture and commitment to our people is what sets us apart.
