Gritty is seeking Sales Development Representatives Intern to support outbound pipeline generation across our consumer, employer and recruiting solutions.This role is responsible for executing outbound sales development activities, including prospecting, engaging, qualifying, and scheduling meetings with relevant decision-makers. SDRs play a critical role in building qualified pipeline and supporting revenue growth.Upon successful completion of a 7-week onboarding and training program, you will execute outbound sales motions focused on prospecting, engaging, and qualifying employers across the medical device, pharmaceutical, and technology industries, bringing to market Gritty’s career and recruiting software to both hiring teams and early-career professionals. ResponsibilitiesExecute daily outbound activity (phone calls, emails, LinkedIn)Prospect and engage hiring managers, recruiters, and foundersQualify prospects and book discovery meetingsMeet defined activity and meeting targetsMaintain accurate CRM data and reportingSupport pipeline generation for the sales teamQualifications0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, recruiting, or customer-facing rolesStrong verbal and written communication skillsCoachable mindset with the ability to incorporate feedbackComfort with outbound activity or a strong willingness to develop that skillStrong organization, time management, and accountabilityAbility to work remotely and maintain consistent availabilityExperience with CRM tools (HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
