This is a 100% commission-based role designed for top performers who thrive in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.In this role, you will provide expert in-home consultations, diagnose electrical needs, and recommend solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and comfort. You&#39;ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by turning service opportunities into high-value electrical upgrades and installations.Key ResponsibilitiesSales GenerationConduct in-home sales consultations for both existing (club) and new customersIdentify customer needs and present tailored electrical solutions, upgrades, and system improvementsClose sales on electrical services including panel upgrades, rewires, EV chargers, lighting, and other residential electrical projectsCustomer Consultation & SolutionsDiagnose electrical systems and clearly explain issues, risks, and recommended solutionsProvide accurate, transparent estimates and financing options when applicableBuild trust with customers through professionalism and expertiseBrand RepresentationServe as a brand ambassador for Bell Brothers by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanorOperate company vehicles in accordance with company policiesJob Oversight & CoordinationPartner with Electrical Installers, Service Technicians, and Sales Coordinators to ensure jobs are executed smoothlyFollow up on active projects to ensure customer satisfaction and project completionCollaborationWork closely with field teams and leadership to align on scope, pricing, and customer expectationsSupport team revenue goals and contribute to a high-performance sales cultureCustomer RelationsAddress customer questions or concerns regarding scope of work, pricing, and timelinesEnsure a positive customer experience from consultation through project completionQualificationsProven experience in sales, preferably in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or home servicesStrong knowledge of residential electrical systems and common upgrades (panels, circuits, EV chargers, etc.)Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skillsAbility to assess customer needs and confidently recommend solutionsProficiency with CRM systems and sales toolsCompensation & Benefits100% Commission-Based Earnings (uncapped earning potential)Paid HolidaysMedical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Ongoing professional training and developmentClear path for advancement within a growing company#BELLPPay Range$150,000—$300,000 USDWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
