Basic Qualifications Post Secondary Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM), prefer BS degree in Electrical Engineering Ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance (Must be a US Citizenship required) 12+ years of experience in antenna design & development with a focus on AESA (Active Electronically Scanned Array) technology Experience in the development and production of AESA antennas Should have knowledge of HPA and down-conversion architectures.
