You will work onsite with production cells and cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, production, suppliers, and customers) to maintain and improve quality systems. This is an onsite role in Glendale, AZ (1st shift).You could be just the right applicant for this job Read all associated information and make sure to apply.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamAssess quality performance using statistical and analytical methods and report trends and root causesDevelop and implement inspection plans, control plans, PFMEAs, and quality systems/proceduresPerform in-house and supplier audits; develop and initiate supplier performance improvement programsLead failure analysis and corrective action investigationsPrepare technical reports, training materials, and conduct quality control trainingApply continuous improvement and lean manufacturing techniques to refine products and processesRepresent the organization during internal and external audits and ensure compliance with contract/quality requirementsHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleBachelor's degree in engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of related quality engineering experienceExperience with statistical analysis and quality/tools (PFMEA, control plans, inspection methods)Ability to communicate effectively with production teams, leadership, customers, and suppliersExperience with corrective actions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvementAbility to create and maintain technical documentation and training materialsHere's What Else Might Help You OutExperience in aerospace or automotive industries (preferred)Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean toolsAmerican Society for Quality (ASQ) certification desiredExperience maintaining or improving QS9000/ISO9000 and related systemsPay Range$90,000 - $94,000/yearReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly. xhyhwjd Submit your resume to be considered.Apply with Pioneers here
