HVAC Technician - Temporary

Perform assignments involving repair, installation, alteration, and preventive maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.These systems include, but are not limited to air handlers, exhaust fans, roof top package units, boilers, chillers, pumps, air compressors, and HVAC controls. The candidate will also expected to perform general building maintenance activities and respond to emergency issues within buildings.How You'll Make An Impact:Will reduce the reliance on vendor supportWill reduce equipment downtime through the timely response and troubleshooting of issuesWill maintain in-house maintenance capabilitiesWill maintain emergency response timesMaintain teams ability to respond toand complete employee requested workWhat You Bring:Education: High school diploma and HVAC trade school certification perferedWork Experience: 5 years of HVAC experienceTeam building (works well with others in a group setting)Knowledge of building management systems (ALC software is a plus)Ability to share knowledge of HVAC systems with co-workersCompensation : The estimated hourly range for this position is $38.75to $53.26per hour at the time of posting.
