The Associate will support commercial real estate activities, including market research, preparing marketing materials, conducting property tours, and assisting with lease and sales negotiations. The role requires collaboration with clients, maintaining relationships, understanding market trends, and ensuring that transactions align with clients' business and investment objectives.QualificationsStrong skills in market research, data analysis, and the ability to interpret real estate market trendsProficiency in creating presentations, designing marketing materials, and performing property evaluationsExcellent negotiation and communication skills to facilitate leases and sales transactionsStrong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple assignments effectivelyFamiliarity with tools like MS Office Suite and CRM softwareAbility to work collaboratively with both team members and clients in a professional mannerA strong understanding of commercial real estate, with prior experience in the industry being a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
