We’re hiring a Commercial Property Manager to join a leading So-Cal real estate development and investment company ✨Duration: Mat Leave Coverage – Approx. 3 months | June 22nd start Location: San Vicente (Brentwood) Hourly Range: $45-50 an hour Hours: 8-5, Mon-Fri Position SummaryThe Commercial Property Manager will support the operations and management of a multi-site commercial property portfolio throughout Southern California. This role assists with tenant relations, property operations, vendor coordination, maintenance oversight, budgeting support, lease administration, and project coordination while helping ensure properties are maintained to high operational and safety standards. Minor travel to company properties may be required (DTLA and Torrance). Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with day-to-day operations for industrial and office properties across multiple locationsSupport tenant relationships and help ensure timely resolution of tenant requests and issuesCoordinate building maintenance, repairs, vendor services, tenant improvements, and property projectsAssist with vendor bidding, contract administration, insurance compliance, and project trackingConduct regular property inspections and help ensure compliance with safety and operational standardsPartner with accounting on budgeting support, CAM reconciliations, billing, reporting, and collectionsMaintain lease administration, tenant documentation, and property records within YardiProvide regular property updates and assist in addressing operational challenges or emergenciesSupport senior property management staff with administrative and operational tasks as neededQualifications5+ years of commercial property management experience, preferably supporting multi-site portfoliosExperience with industrial and office properties preferredWorking knowledge of property operations, budgeting, lease administration, and vendor coordinationProficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office requiredStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong tenant and vendor relationshipsBachelor’s degree preferred; CA real estate license is a plusValid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation requiredCell phone usage and milage will be reimbursed. 📢 If you’re ready to shine, make a lasting first impression, and be part of a team that values excellence 🏆 — apply today!📩 Please submit your resume for consideration.You can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting workgrades.com/home/candidate.
