Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Miami, FL, for a Senior Interior Designer. The Senior Interior Designer will lead interior design projects from concept to completion, including space planning, designing interiors, and creating construction drawings. Additional responsibilities include furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selection and procurement, as well as collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and project management skills to maintain Sensi Casa’s commitment to high standards of luxury and personalization. Qualifications Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing layoutsKnowledge of Architecture and the ability to produce and interpret detailed Construction DrawingsExperience in Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) selection and procurementStrong project management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and coordinate with multiple stakeholdersExceptional sense of design, attention to detail, and ability to deliver bespoke, high-end finishesBachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related fieldExperience in luxury residential interior design is highly preferredProficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative SuiteAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with clients
