Remote work is not available for this position.Technical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (required), including:Creating detailed architectural and interior design modelsDeveloping construction documentation setsProducing millwork details, elevations, sections, and custom detailingManaging material libraries, families, and project standardsProficiency in AutoCADKnowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign is a plusExperience with 3D visualization/rendering software such as SketchUp, Enscape, or similar platforms is a plusStrong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, materials, and interior architectural systemsDesign & Creative SkillsStrong design sensibility with an eye for scale, proportion, color, texture, and materialityAbility to develop creative design concepts while maintaining functionality and budget awarenessAbility to assist in sourcing furniture, lighting, finishes, plumbing fixtures, accessories, and custom design elementsStrong ability to create compelling client presentations and mood boardsAbility to sketch ideas and communicate design intent visuallyPersonal AttributesWe are looking for someone who is:Highly creative and design-drivenProactive and self-motivatedOrganized and detail-orientedResourceful and solutions-orientedAble to anticipate project needs before being askedComfortable working under deadlines and managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyProfessional, polished, and client-facing when neededAdaptable and open to feedbackA team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethicPassionate about continuous learning and professional growthCommunication SkillsFluent in English (spoken and written)Portuguese is a strong plusConversational Spanish is a plusStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to communicate clearly with clients, vendors, consultants, and contractorsPreferred Experience1+ years of experience in residential or high-end interior design preferredExperience in luxury residential projects is strongly preferredExperience coordinating with millworkers, fabricators, contractors, and vendorsExperience attending site visits, taking field measurements, and assisting with installation/stylingResponsibilitiesAssist senior designer with design development from concept through constructionPrepare drawing sets, presentations, and material boardsAssist with furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories selectionsCoordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractorsAttend client meetings, showroom visits, and job site visitsSupport project documentation, specifications and budgetingAssist with project installations, styling, and final punch-list reviews
