As a Customer Service I, you will be part of the Enrollment Services department supporting customer onboarding and account management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Customer Service ILocation: Livermore, CA (100% On-Site)Pay Range: $20/hr - $23/hrShift: Must be flexible to work a shift between 5am-5pm PSTDuration: 6+ Month ContractWhat's the Job?Assist customers through the enrollment process, providing guidance and support. Serve as the primary point of contact from account initiation to activation. Review costs and service details with customers to ensure clarity and satisfaction. Participate in training on specific enrollment procedures to enhance service delivery. Maintain high attention to detail and ensure excellent attendance to meet organizational standards. What's Needed?Previous customer service experience, especially over the phone. Ability to learn quickly and retain detailed information. Strong phone etiquette and multitasking skills.
