We do the LIGHT thing.™*Job Overview* We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Customer Product Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a "roll up your sleeves" role where you will deliver exceptional technical support to our customers by troubleshooting product installation issues and ensuring seamless product functionality.*Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** Field, diagnose and resolve technical questions from electricians, consumers, sales reps and customer service reps. * Test and evaluate new products. Create reports summarizing issues and offering recommendations for improvements. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze technical problems and implement effective solutions. xtnlbfm*Qualifications:** Proven experience in technical support strong troubleshooting skills * Basic electrical knowledge (voltage, current, wiring) * Familiarity with AC vs DC * Comfortable using basic tools (multimeter, hand tools) * Ability to follow test procedures * Logical troubleshooting approach * Ability to diagnose issues and identify root causes * Comfortable with wiring and assembly * Able to mount and set up displays * Strong work ethic * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to explain technical issues simply * Ability to multi-task * Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook * Open to training in dimmer and photometric testing * Not intimidated by technical material*This is the perfect role for a former electrician or an electrician who no longer wants to be an electrician.*EOEPay: $66,300.00 per yearBenefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Parental leave * Referral program * Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
