We have been in business for 29 years, serving the disabled community throughout California, Nevada, and Hawaii. We design, sell, install and service products such as Surehands Lift & Care Systems, Bruno Stairlifts and Vertical Platform Lifts (VPL's), Mac's Lift Gate VPL's, as well as ramps and other equipment for the disabled population. No matter what the economy is doing, this population is growing every day and the opportunity for you to do well financially is very strong. This is a 100% commission based position, with a generous commission package that has no ceiling for earnings. What we are looking for in our ideal client: You have a strong history of success in selling. In addition to leads that come from our office, you are fully capable of finding your own opportunities.  You will be able to provide us with a resume that shows us that you are fully capable of managing your own time.  You will be keeping us informed of your daily sales activity with your own proven system for selling that keeps you motivated. You must have a strong work ethic and a minimum of 10 years of Outside Sales Rep experience dealing directly with end user customers, including both private pay and institutional environments.  You will work directly with our Sales Manager for the first 90-180 days and if you are showing rapid progress, you will be able to continue on your own schedule, with quarterly updates and check-ins. This is not a 9-5 job. You will set your own hours to be the most productive but must produce sales results for the LTS Team. You can work from your own home office, but weekly meetings in the main office in Brentwood (San Francisco East Bay area) will be required to interact with our team. You must have your own vehicle that has the room for demo equipment to be placed inside to take to clients homes - a mid to larger size SUV or van works best. We will provide you with warm inbound leads, administrative support, marketing materials, and expense reimbursement for mileage. The target annual sales volume for this position is $2M in revenue. Earnings are based on a scale with highest earnings paid for new business brought in, and other compensation paid for house leads and guaranteed government business.
