Job Title - Digital Experience ConsultantLocation - EuropeExperience - 12+ YearsJob Description - 12+ years in professional services, digital experience consulting, or enterprise platform implementation — with a demonstrable track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder client engagements.Deep hands-on expertise with one or more leading Digital Experience Platforms — Unily, Viva Engage / SharePoint, Staffbase, Powell, Simpplr, Lumapps, or equivalent enterprise DXP / intranet platform. Comparable DXP experience is fully acceptable where consultancy credentials are strong and the candidate demonstrates a clear understanding of the digital employee experience world.Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent delivery workstreams — including both standard SaaS configuration and bespoke / custom technical delivery — without compromising quality or client confidence.Strong track record of strategic stakeholder engagement: leading executive workshops, navigating complex organisational dynamics, and building trusted advisor relationships at senior levels.Demonstrated experience in end-user experience design, employee journey mapping, or digital adoption strategy — showing that you think about the human, not just the platform.Experience advising clients on platform governance, content strategy, information architecture, and scalable setup — going beyond implementation to shape long-term platform success.
