Job Title: Project Manager Pharmaceutical CAPEX ProjectsLocation: Richmond, VA (100% Onsite)Contract Duration: 12+ Months (Potential Extension up to 3+ Years)Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale capital projects within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role will focus on driving execution, coordination, and delivery of CAPEX initiatives ranging from $10M $25M while partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.The ideal candidate will bring strong project management experience within GMP-regulated environments and the ability to lead projects in fast-paced manufacturing and expansion settings.Key ResponsibilitiesManage execution of pharmaceutical CAPEX projects ranging from $10M $25MOversee project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource coordinationCollaborate with Engineering, Validation, QA, Manufacturing, and external vendors to ensure successful project deliverySupport site expansion and facility improvement initiatives within GMP-regulated operationsTrack project milestones, identify risks, and escalate issues as neededEnsure compliance with GMP, quality, and regulatory standards throughout project executionDrive cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignmentSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational and project efficiencyRequired Qualifications5 10+ years of Project Management experience within pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environmentsProven experience managing mid-to-large scale CAPEX projects ($10M $25M)Strong understanding of GMP manufacturing operations and regulatory requirementsExperience managing project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverablesStrong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsSelf-driven individual with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward
