SRG is seeking a Project Manager to support capital projects ranging from $10M-$25M within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role will focus on driving project execution, coordination, and delivery while partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to grow within a major capital expansion initiative.Contract: 12+ months; up to 3+ yearsContract Type: W2 or 1099/C2CLocation: Onsite Richmond, VaMUST HAVES:5-10+ years of project management level experienceExperience managing projects in the $10M-$25M rangePharmaceutical experience requiredStrong understanding of GMP/regulatory environmentsProven ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaborationSoft skills: Team player, strong communication, no hand holding, hit's the ground running, motivated, excited to work on a CAPEX Mega project.Preferred / Tiered ExperienceTier 1 (Highly Preferred): API manufacturing experienceTier 2: Fill-Finish, Parenteral, or device assembly GMP experience Key ResponsibilitiesManage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for mid-scale CAPEX projectsCoordinate across Engineering, Validation, QA, Manufacturing, and vendorsSupport execution of site expansion initiatives, ensuring projects stay on trackTrack project milestones, identify risks, and escalate issues as neededEnsure alignment with GMP requirements and quality standardsContribute to continuous project improvement and operational efficiency Impellam Group and its brands are equal-opportunity employers committed to diversity and inclusion.
