Job SummaryWe are seeking a OSP Manager to oversee fiber network integrity, vendor performance, and installation quality. This role is responsible for ensuring high-performance network delivery and rapid response to outages and network events.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform quality control on splicing vendors and ensure network integrity (real-time and retroactive)Oversee fiber installations, including backbone, partner networks, and lateralsManage testing standards, vendor compliance, and post-processing of test resultsLead outage response, incident management, and postmortem analysisCoordinate and execute network cutoversConduct route verification and ensure compliance with permitting and traffic control requirementsQualificationsExperience in fiber network operations, splicing, or telecom infrastructureStrong understanding of fiber testing, installation standards, and network performance metricsExperience managing vendors and ensuring quality standardsAbility to troubleshoot network issues and lead outage response effortsStrong organizational and analytical skillsBenefits:Monthly allowance for Internet, Cellular and VehicleLaptopAnnual BonusMedical, Dental and Vision
