The organization prides itself on being agile, reliable, and bold in its approach to solving complex data challenges.Role Description The Senior Technical Developer is a contract, on-site role based in North York, ON, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining technical solutions that support MAVRIX’s data collection and analytics platforms. This role involves collaborating with product, research, and operations teams to build scalable software components, integrate third-party tools and APIs, and optimize performance for large-scale market research workloads. Day-to-day tasks include coding, code review, troubleshooting production issues, implementing security and data-quality standards, and contributing to architectural decisions and technical documentation. The Senior Technical Developer will also mentor other developers, participate in technical planning, and help evaluate new technologies that can strengthen MAVRIX’s AI-enabled data and dashboard capabilities.Qualifications✅ Proven experience developing/designing Qualitative Research Platforms✅ Strong knowledge of IDIs, Focus Groups, Online Communities & Discussion Boards✅ Hands-on experience with AI Moderation / AI-enabled qualitative research✅ Strong software development, system design, API integration & troubleshooting skills✅ Market Research / Qualitative Research Technology experience is mandatory✅ Experience working with North American clients/markets preferred✅ Ability to work independently in a short-term contract environment✅Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
