Dough Maker

Job Summary Must Be 18+!!! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dough Maker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dough for various dough types, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes. This role requires a passion for food preparation and an understanding of culinary techniques, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and mix ingredients according to established recipes for various types of dough. Ensure all dough is produced with attention to quality and consistency. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment used in dough preparation. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards throughout the preparation process. Participate in training sessions for food handling and preparation techniques. Qualifications Previous experience in food handling or food preparation is preferred. Knowledge of culinary techniques, particularly in baking and pastry, is a plus. Experience in restaurant environments is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately. Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
