Clinical Trial Service Line ManagerOverview:We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Trial Service Line Manager to drive clinical trial awareness, education, and patient enrollment across a multi-site research network. This role serves as a critical bridge between referring physicians, field teams, and internal clinical operations, ensuring that eligible patients are efficiently identified and connected to appropriate clinical trials.The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in early-phase oncology trials and a strong ability to collaborate across clinical and commercial teams to optimize enrollment performance and expand trial access.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the subject matter expert on active and upcoming clinical trials, with a focus on early-phase (Phase I/II) oncology studiesAct as the primary liaison between referring physicians, business development teams, and internal research staff to streamline communication and collaborationDrive clinical trial awareness and education among providers and field teams to increase patient referrals and enrollmentSupport account executives and physicians with tools, resources, and training to effectively communicate trial opportunitiesDevelop and execute strategies to improve patient identification, referral pipelines, and overall enrollment performance across multiple sitesBuild and maintain strong relationships with physicians, investigators, sponsors, and clinical trial networksMonitor and stay informed on clinical trial pipelines, industry trends, and competitive landscapePartner cross-functionally with clinical operations, regulatory teams, and commercial stakeholders to ensure successful trial executionQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field5+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical operations, or trial-related roles within healthcare or life sciencesDirect experience with Phase I and II oncology clinical trials (required)Experience in theranostics or radiopharmaceuticals (strongly preferred)Proven track record of supporting or driving clinical trial enrollment, including physician engagement and referral managementStrong knowledge of clinical research regulations, including FDA guidelines and ICH-GCP standardsDemonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with clinical teams, investigators, and commercial stakeholdersExcellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
