We are looking for a hands-on RevOps builder who turns sales and marketing strategy into automated, scalable systems, making our GTM stack run as smoothly and automatically as possible.As our GTM Engineer, you will own the systems, automations, and data flows that power Ethon's commercial team. Your mission is simple: make our go-to-market motion run with as little friction and manual work as possible:You own our CRM: You design the data model, flows, and reporting from the ground up to match how Ethon actually sells, and evolve it as our motion maturesYou build and automate our outbound and ABM engine: You wire up enrichment, segmentation, AI-driven personalization, and sequencing into campaigns that consistently put the right message in front of the right accountYou build the automations that remove manual work across the rest of the funnel: lead capture, routing, follow-ups, hygiene. If a process has to be done twice, you automate it.You treat the GTM tech stack as a product: You evaluate, integrate, and retire tools to keep it lean and high-leverageYou work closely with GTM leadership in shaping the engine: territory design, lead scoring, ICP segmentation, attribution. You bring data and ideas to the table that influence how we go to market.You move fast and fix things: If something in how we sell is broken, you flag it, propose a fix, and ship it. You act like an owner, not a ticket-taker.What do you need to succeed in this role?We believe in curious, proactive people eager to learn and grow, especially in fast-changing startup environments. You should have:1-3 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or a similar role; bonus if it was at a fast-growing startupHands-on exposure to configuring and administering Salesforce (comfortable in building flows, rules, reports, dashboards, managing permissions)Strong working knowledge of modern GTM tooling (e.g. outbound platforms, enrichment tools, sequencers, scheduling, attribution)Comfort with automation tools and APIs (e.g., Clay, n8n); basic scripting is a plusAnalytical mindset: you instinctively reach for the data, design clean reporting, and use metrics to challenge assumptionsBuilder mentality: you would rather automate something once than do it manually ten times, and you take ownership end-to-endExcellent communication skills and the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions and vice versaFluent in EnglishWhy is Ethon right for you?We work from our offices in New York and Zurich.
