TechNet specializes in providing application and web development professionals and has been recognized for its excellence in the IT staffing landscape.Role DescriptionThis is a contract hybrid role located in Atlanta, GA, with flexibility for remote work as an Azure Engineer at TechNet Resources. The Azure Engineer will be responsible for software development, infrastructure management, cloud computing, Linux support, and database administration on a day-to-day basis.Job Requirements:Technical Point of Escalation: Serve as the technical escalation point for the Engineering team, resolving complex client issues in collaboration with cross-functional partners.Azure Cloud Services: Extensive experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure AD, conditional access policies, MFA, role-based access control (RBAC), and logging and monitoring.Windows Active Directory: Strong background in Windows Active Directory, with the ability to administer users and groups in Azure AD and assign RBAC.Azure AD Connect: Familiarity with Azure AD Connect for syncing users and groups from on-premises Active Directory.Automation & Scripting: Proficient in automation and PowerShell scripting for system management and task automation.Authentication Protocols: Deep understanding of LDAP, Kerberos, ADFS, Azure AD Federation, SSO, and modern authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth/OIDC, and WS-Fed.M365/Office 365: Experience managing M365/Office 365 environments, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.ServiceNow & Change Control: Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW) and experience with change control processes and execution.
