At Walters & Wolf, you will experience a culture centered on exceptional customer service and high-quality products, built on trust and family values, which sets us apart from all competitors!Our Walters & Wolf Glass is currently seeking an individual to fill an Estimator role in our Lincoln, CA. location.Pay Range: $65,000 to $80,000 per year, based on experience.Duties & Responsibilities:Receive and prepare all project documents for use by internal team. Utilize digital tools to create precise material takeoffs.Obtain pricing for materials and any subcontractor pricing required.Work closely with Senior Estimators to assign costs to all project materials and labor, ensuring competitive and accurate proposals.Participate in weekly preconstruction meetings to discuss any new project opportunities and review any projects you are working on.This position requires you to work from the office 100% of the time.Job RequirementsExperience: Construction general knowledge or experience is preferred. General Knowledge:Excellent command of the English language and ability to lead meetings.Demonstrate knowledge within the commercial construction industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and PDF takeoff software.Preferred Qualifications: An attitude that values teamwork, continual improvement, and change.Excellent communication skills.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.An attitude that values teamwork, continual improvement, and change. Benefits & Compensation SummaryWalters & Wolf offers a very generous compensation package, including a base salary, semi-annual bonus plans, and an annual profit-sharing program.
