Their portfolio includes a mix of commercial interiors, hospitality, education, healthcare, mixed use, and light industrial projects, typically ranging from $1M to $60M.The RoleThe Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction through completion, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships. This individual will work closely with superintendents and leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutDevelop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecastsCoordinate subcontractor scopes, buyout, and contract managementLead project meetings with owners, architects, and consultantsReview drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change ordersMonitor project financial performance and maintain cost controlPartner with field teams to maintain schedule and quality standardsEnsure client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycleProject PortfolioCommercial interior buildouts and renovationsHospitality and retail environmentsK 12 and higher education facilitiesMedical and healthcare spacesMixed use developmentsLight industrial facilitiesTypical project values range from $1M to $60M.Qualifications5+ years of experience working for a General ContractorExperience managing commercial construction projectsExposure to interiors, commercial, healthcare, hospitality, or industrial projects preferredStrong understanding of budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordinationAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and project prioritiesCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive base salary depending on experience ($110,000- $140,000 DOE)Bonus structure tied to project and company performance (up to 20%)Comprehensive benefits package (Free health insurance, low deductable)Hybrid schedule with two days per week work from home
