As the first point of contact for customers, you will serve as a trusted advisor.Serve as the main intermediary between shippers and carriers, optimizing logistical strategies.Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while strengthening existing client partnerships.Negotiate terms and rates with carriers, ensuring competitive pricing and regulatory compliance.Coordinate scheduling and tracking of shipments, managing logistics from start to finish.Handle all documentation, ensuring adherence to industry regulations.Utilize platforms such as HubSpot, Slack, and Rose Rocket to streamline operations.Maintain an active LinkedIn presence to engage with industry professionals and promote our services.Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred to effectively communicate with regional stakeholders.Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.Knowledge of freight broker laws and regulations.Interested candidates are encouraged to apply and bring their expertise to a dynamic team committed to delivering top-tier logistics solutions.The ProfileMinimum of 3 years experience in freight brokerage, familiar with FTL and LTL shipments.Experience in cold storage or refrigerated goods logistics is a plus.Proficient in logistics software, Google Suite, and CRM tools.Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships.
