Quality Assurance TechnicianKVA is currently seeking Quality Assurance Technicians for our plant operations specializing in relay panels and control houses.Job Requirements:Strong attention to detailGood communication skillsRemain calm under pressureSelf-motivatedAbility to follow procedure and adherenceTeam orientedUnderstanding of electrical circuitsUnderstanding of wiring diagramsAbility to find errors in sequence of numbers and letters combined Ex: 1AD-C0491Willingness to learn and listen to and follow instructionsPreferable skills:Knowledge of basic symbols Ex: resistors, Diodes, NO, NC, GroundExperience with current injectionExperience with powering up relaysKnowledge of PLCExperience with SEL, GE protection RelaysOther Requirements:Ability to meet attendance requirements including being on time for work and having reliable transportation.Work four 10-hour days with some occasional mandatory overtime.Jobs require certain range of physical movement Ex: bending, kneeling, and standing.Must pass a pre-employment criminal history check.Must pass a DOT drug screen that goes back 30 days.Holds a valid driver's license.Education & Experience:High School Diploma or GED2-3 years' experience within a Quality related position
