Payroll Systems Analyst

Impact Staffing International (ISI) is seeking a Payroll Systems Analyst to join our client, a leading organization in the food production and manufacturing industry. This role will serve as a key resource supporting payroll systems operations, reporting, and user support, with a strong focus on Kronos Workforce Ready administration and optimization. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity based fully on-site in Irving, Tx.This position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in supporting payroll operations and system functionality during a major enterprise transition, while partnering closely with payroll, HR, IT, and field teams across the organization.Key responsibilities include:• Serve as the primary subject matter expert and day-to-day support resource for Kronos Workforce Ready payroll and timekeeping systems. • Manage and troubleshoot complex payroll system data, including wage types, profiles, reporting, attendance, and points tracking. • Extract, analyze, and interpret payroll and workforce data to support operational and business needs. • Support payroll operations across multiple states, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. • Act as a “superuser” and trainer for Workforce Ready, supporting field users and providing technical guidance in a user-friendly manner. • Collaborate cross-functionally with payroll, HR, accounting, and IT teams to support system enhancements and ongoing operational needs. • Assist with payroll/timekeeping system implementations, testing, and process improvements. • Ensure proper testing and validation procedures are followed prior to implementing system changes. • Provide support for attendance and points management processes, particularly within operational environments with flexible scheduling. • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and end users.Required Skills and Background:• Hands-on experience with Kronos Workforce Ready is required; general Kronos experience alone will not be sufficient. • Experience supporting payroll systems, payroll operations, HRIS, or workforce management systems. • Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to work with complex payroll and workforce data. • Experience supporting multistate payroll operations strongly preferred. • Payroll or workforce management system implementation experience highly preferred. • Oracle experience is a plus. • Ability to train and support end users while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism. • Strong communication, follow-through, and organizational skills.Position Details:• Location: Dallas Metroplex (fully on-site) • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM • Employment Type: Direct hireClient Benefits Include:• Health, dental, and medical insurance • 401(K) with employer match • Paid time off and holidays
