Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Responsibilities: Ensure timely delivery and quality of deliverables. Meeting with business leaders/sponsors to provide technical guidance and transpose business needs into function, technical, and system requirements. Provide weekly status reports to business stakeholders. Obtain Siemens technical Teamcenter sales certificate. Travel to visit customers for in-person meetings with necessary. Work with sales and marketing teams to grow Siemens’ software sales. Develop successful Teamcenter templatized training platforms that can be standardized and reused for multiple clients. The training will include: Working with CAD in a managed environment Workflows and processes that the customer will be able to follow along in the own Teamcenter instance. Develop well-documented requirements-gathering process to ensure our clients are aligned with the deliverables of the customer Teamcenter database. Develop standard Teamcenter project Plan template that can be reused for multiple Teamcenter installs. Develop Standardized Requirements Gathering, project plan, and Customer Acceptance processes: Development of well-documented requirements-gathering process to ensure our clients are aligned with the deliverables of the customer Teamcenter database. Development of “conference room pilot” process to walk through the customer’s Teamcenter environment in a guided presentation resulting in a customer acceptance of the finished project and completion of the scope of work. Development of a standard Teamcenter project plan template that can be reused for multiple Teamcenter installs. Develop baseline Teamcenter installation that can be reused for multiple clients and reduces the standard development/implementation time. Development of webinars consisting of presentations and live demonstrations of Teamcenter. Skills: Knowledgeable about Security & Access Controls within Teamcenter PLM system (Access Manager) Extensive experience with basic workflow configurations (Workflow Designer) Knowledge of optimization of Change Management process (Change Management/Workflow Designer) Data Model Configuration (BMIDE) Extensive experience with the Teamcenter 4-tier architecture to install and upgrade customer’s multi-server environments Extensive experience with CAD data conversions (Content Migration Manager or CMM) 8+ years of Teamcenter experience Has implemented Teamcenter from scratch at least two times Executed multiple Teamcenter upgrades Done BMIDE work Job Type: Full-time Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) 5% Match Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Compensation Package: Yearly bonus Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Experience: BMIDE: 3 years (Preferred) Teamcenter: 6 years (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
