Follow AbbVie on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube.Job DescriptionMarketing PlanningParticipate in new product launch readiness, including preparing realistic & achievable objectives, strategies, tactics plan and sales forecast for the responsible productWork with Medical team and other cross functions to create and develop the marketing materials including evidence-based messages, clinical tools, product slides, handbook, etc.Conduct joint field calls with sales team to provide assistance, analyze customer needs, market trends and competitive informationCreate and develop marketing words, programs, and tools that are targeted to the achievement of plan sales and margin goalsComplete preliminary and final marketing portfolio planning and budget, consult and coordinate to ensure the effective execution regionallyProduct ManagementLead to create and implement the brand strategies of the assigned products based on market size, opportunities and competition shares in the industry, build the brand imageDirect the product promotion and growth initiatives to attain increasing of market shareDetermine pricing and positioning based on strategic goals of the products in the target segment, roll out products base on availability and regulatory timelinesWork with other function management team to ensure the cross functional alignment of product strategiesDesign training programs target to consistently upgrade sales team's professionalism in personal and group selling of focused productsProfessional RelationshipIdentify the opinion leaders in the therapeutic areaLead to build and maintain professional relationship with KOLsEstablish and develop the national expert network in the therapeutic area to ensure the strong expertise for assigned productsDevelop the loyalty speakers from KOLsCost Control & MonitoringDetermine the financial planning process related to product launch, customer satisfaction, scientific leadership and new businessMonitor and control marketing expenses in line with budget on monthly basisModify and manage expenses allocation to regionsQualificationsEducation: Bachelor or above degree, major in Pharmacy, medicine or marketing, MBA is a plusIndustry experience: Minimum 5 years working experience in Pharmaceutical industryPosition experiences:Minimum 3 years working experience on product management or marketingMinimum 1 year sales management background is preferredBiologics experience a plus. Experience in solid tumor, hematologic tumor, lymphatic system tumor etc. is a plusLanguage Skills: Fluent in English both oral and writtenComputer Skills: Working knowledge, especially good at Excel and PowerPointMobility: Willing to travel frequentlyOther Special requirement:Thorough understanding on the healthcare industry (pharmaceutical and medical device markets) is a plusGood understanding of business and product knowledge with marketing senseStrong communication and presentation skill with excellent interpersonal senseExperienced project management background in pharmaceutical companyStrong analytical skills including business and financial managementAutonomy/Independence, Assertiveness; a polished professional presence is essentialShould be self-motivated, creative and well organizedExperience in new product or new indication launch is a plusAdditional InformationAbbVie is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to operating with integrity, driving innovation, transforming lives and serving our community.
