What you'll be doingDrive a timely, accurate close while improving scalability across entities Partner with leadership to implement new accounting standards and support acquisitions Lead credit, collections, and cash performance in collaboration with sales and operations Improve processes through ERP optimisation, automation, and smarter use of data What you'll bringCPA-qualified with experience in public accounting and corporate environments Track record of improving accounting processes in growing or PE-backed businesses Strong ERP capability with confidence leading system or process change Commercial mindset with the ability to influence beyond finance Who this suitsYou're a commercially minded Controller ready to move beyond maintenance mode.
