We're looking for a Hardware Product Manager to take ownership of our hardware product portfolio. This role sits at the center of product development — working with engineering to define what gets built, and with sales, customers, and partners to make sure it solves real problems in the real world. Responsibilities Own the hardware products roadmap and lifecycle, from concept through launch and beyond Define product requirements and write PRDs that engineering teams can build against Engage directly with customers, channel partners, and sales teams to understand real-world use cases and identify opportunities for the next product Partner with engineering to evaluate technical approaches and make trade-off decisions across cost, performance, and schedule Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, supply chain, and project management to keep programs on track Distill product value propositions and selling points for sales and marketing teams What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred Hands-on experience bringing consumer electronics products from concept to market Strong engineering fundamentals — you think from first principles, not from templates. You can dive into a schematic, challenge an architecture decision, and have a real technical conversation with engineers Proven ability to work side-by-side with engineers to break down and solve complex technical problems Ability to identify what users actually need — cut through surface requests, find the real problem, and translate it into product design decisions A self-starter who takes ownership and drives outcomes with minimal oversight Actively uses AI tools in daily workflows to accelerate research, analysis, and decision-making Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), written and spoken Nice To Have Experience with audio, video, or acoustics products Familiarity with meeting room solutions or the UC&C industry Understanding of platform certification requirements (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms) Experience working with teams across the US and China Exposure to embedded systems or Android-based device platforms
