We are currently seeking a Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence.Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and motivated grounds maintenance worker for seasonal work. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, self-motivation, and a background in outdoor maintenance tasks.Responsibilities:Perform various outdoor maintenance tasks such as power washing, siding repairs, and general upkeep of the apartment complex grounds.Demonstrate leadership skills to motivate and work alongside team members effectively.Efficiently assess and address maintenance needs around the property.Ensure tasks are completed to high standards and within designated timeframes.Qualifications:Previous experience in outdoor maintenance or related fields.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong work ethic and self-motivation.Basic understanding of maintenance tasks and equipment.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.Background working outside with hands-on tasks.Experience with siding or power washing preferred.Ability to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks effectively.This role does not involve indoor work or grass mowing.Benefits:This position offers the opportunity for long-term permanent placement based on performance and fit within the team.While prior experience is preferred, candidates with relevant backgrounds and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.Additional overtime beyond 39 hours per week is possible upon mutual agreement.Punctuality and dedication to assigned work hours are essential.
