As a Senior Procurement Project Manager, you’ll be a critical partner to project and construction teams, helping guide procurement from early planning through delivery. You’ll work across sourcing, contracting, logistics, and supplier management to keep projects moving on time and on budget.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, driving procurement strategy, and playing a key role in delivering complex capital projects.Preferred locations: Corsicana, TX or remote in Texas with the ability to travel.What You'll DoLead end-to-end procurement for EPC capital projects (RFQs, bid analysis, negotiations, PO issuance)Partner with engineering, construction, and project teams to drive sourcing decisionsManage supplier relationships, fabrication progress, and delivery timelinesCoordinate site logistics, material receiving, and contractor alignmentSupport contracting, vendor selection, and prequalification processesTravel to supplier sites and project locations to ensure execution stays on trackUse tools like NetSuite, Procore, and Asana to manage workflows and reportingWhat You'll Bring6+ years of experience in EPCM, heavy industrial construction, or industrial plant operations; direct project experience is a strong plusBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain management within capital projectsExperience with construction, contracting, and major equipment/material procurementExcellent negotiation, commercial, and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities, contracts, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentExperience in data center projects preferredFamiliarity with tools such as NetSuite, Procore, and/or Asana preferredCompensation And BenefitsCompetitive Salary: Base salary commensurate with experience + bonus + sign-on equity grantLong-Term Growth: Eligible to participate in Riot’s equity incentive programs and share in the success you help build401(k) Retirement Plan: Incudes a generous company matchComprehensive Health Coverage: Multiple medical plan options, including 100% company-paid plansWellness & Lifestyle Perks: Enjoy free gym memberships, pet insurance, childcare discounts, and more to support your life both in and out of workRiot is an equal opportunity employer.
