This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.What You Will DoSupport the onboarding process including coordinating interview schedules, managing interview flow, and assisting with career fairs, job fairs, and hiring eventsCoordinate and facilitate onboarding/orientation schedules for the site, including badging, paperwork, site access, and I-9 completionLead HR portions of onboarding/orientation to ensure a consistent and engaging new hire experienceMaintain accurate personnel files, employee rosters, and ensure compliance with recordkeeping and audit readinessProvide consistent employee touchpoints to support engagement, respond to questions, and address employee needsBuild credibility and trust with employees and leaders through responsiveness, discretion, and follow-throughAssist with employee relations activities, including support for FMLA, LOA, and workers’ compensation processesFacilitate site safety processes including training coordination, documentation, and communication of safety initiativesSupport leaders by reducing administrative burden, including scheduling, reporting, and coordination of daily needsAssist with leader spend tracking, basic reporting, and purchase order processingManage office operations including supplies, swag, and supply room organization to ensure a well-functioning workplaceCoordinate vendor relationships, utility payments, and make decisions within defined budget thresholdsOversee site logistics including visitor access, hotel accommodations, and general site coordinationMaintain workplace readiness including stocking and organization of common areas and essential suppliesPlan and organize employee engagement activities such as events, celebrations, and team-building initiativesSupport a positive employee experience through proactive communication, organization, and responsivenessDevelop business acumen to understand key drivers of site performance and align HR and administrative support accordinglyOccasionally work outside of standard business hours to support business needsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience in human resources, administrative support, office management, or project coordinationAbility to prioritize and execute a high volume of administrative and operational tasks with accuracyStrong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organizationDemonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretionStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with the ability to create reports, spreadsheets, and presentations independentlyWhat Will Put You AheadA minimum of one year of HR, recruiting, or HR operations experienceExperience with interviewing, onboarding, or employee lifecycle supportBachelor’s degree in human resources or a related fieldProven ability to balance employee experience with operational and business needsAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
